With a spacious Dining Room, one of the longest Sushi Counters in the UK, and a high-tech Teppan-yaki Area, Matsuri High Holborn provides you with a range of contemporary surroundings in which to enjoy authentically-prepared Japanese cuisine. Enjoy the whole dining experience as you are dazzled by the dextrous sushi chef preparing your mouth-watering sushi at the Sushi Counter, or be entertained by the chef’s culinary expertise as he sears in the natural flavours of the ingredients in front of you at the Teppan-yaki table.
Dishes on offer include teppan-yaki cuisine, sushi, sashimi and tempura. There is a selection of set-meals to choose from named after famous festivals (matsuri) in Japan offering you a variety of exquisitely prepared dishes to sample. We also have a Private Room which can be hired for small private parties (10 people maximum) or business meetings where a little more privacy is required.
