You can enjoy a pre-dinner drink, or simply relax at the end of your meal, at our modern and stylish bar. Alternatively, take advantage of the 20 years of experience which our two bartenders have between them, and enjoy an after-work cocktail.
Our bartenders are happy to prepare any cocktail which takes your fancy, create an original cocktail to meet your taste (be it sweet or sour), or even make recommendations and guide you in your choice of cocktail.
We also have a broad range of red and white wines carefully selected to complement Japanese cuisine. Chardonnay, with its clean taste, and the wines from Bourgogne make a delightful accompaniment to the subtle and fresh flavours of Japanese cuisine.
In addition to this, we are proud to offer a number of different types of sake including Dai-ginjo which has a distinctive flavour and is regarded to be the finest of all sake. Sake can be drunk both hot and cold but it is now more fashionable to drink it cold in order to enjoy a fuller flavour.
