Sushi Menu

Great pride is taken in the preparation of our sushi, from the careful selection of the best fish for freshness and flavour, to the cooking of the sushi rice in mineral water. In order to enjoy sushi to the full you should sit at the Sushi Counter where it is served at its optimum temperature - the rice at around 35ºC and the fish between 4 and 7ºC. You can also enjoy the spectacle of the sushi being whipped up before your eyes in a matter of seconds.

California Roll

Try Matsuri's spicy California Roll which uses jewel-like flying fish roe, has a divine filling of fresh crab meat and avocado which melts in your mouth, and is served with a spicy chilli sauce.

Assorted Vegetable Sushi Boat

Our Assorted Vegetable Sushi Boat has been especially designed for vegetarians, with toppings that intrigue even the most avid raw fish fans and includes a special futo-maki roll (wakame, takuan, asparagus and avocado).

Spider maki

Our crunchy Spider-maki uses the deep-fried, soft-shell crab to great effect, proving that in Japanese cuisine presentation is everything.
