Sushi Menu
Great pride is taken in the preparation of our sushi, from the careful selection of the best fish for freshness and flavour, to the cooking of the sushi rice in mineral water. In order to enjoy sushi to the full you should sit at the Sushi Counter where it is served at its optimum temperature - the rice at around 35ºC and the fish between 4 and 7ºC. You can also enjoy the spectacle of the sushi being whipped up before your eyes in a matter of seconds.
