Sushi Menu
The selection of the fish is paramount to our high quality sushi and sashimi, and we go to extremes to acquire fish in season ensuring that it is the freshest, most flavoursome possible. For instance, our Yellowtail is flown in all the way from Kyushu in Japan. We even cook the rice for sushi in mineral water to ensure the rice does not impair the flavour of the fish.
In order to enjoy sushi to the full you should sit at the Sushi Counter where it is served at its optimum temperature - the rice at around 35º C and the fish between 4 and 7º C. You can also enjoy the spectacle of the sushi being whipped up before your eyes in a matter of seconds.
