Teppan-yaki Menu

Teppan-yaki is a relatively recent addition to Japanese cuisine where the diner is entertained by the chef’s skill as he cooks the food in front of them. From the delight of watching Teppan-yaki cuisine being freshly cooked in front of you on a hotplate, to a selection of Matsuri original contemporary dishes to choose from, there is a wide variety of dishes to please everyone.

Scottish Fillet Steak and Foie Gras

Our Scottish Fillet Steak and Foie Gras Teppan-yaki is one of a selection of luxurious Teppan-yaki meals to choose from which also include Fresh Lobster and Wagyu Beef.

Tuna Tartar

Our Spicy Fresh Tuna Tartar is exquisitely presented tuna sashimi topped with fresh salad and decorated with deep-fried soba noodles adorned in colourful rice flour and served in a garlic and sesame sauce.
